Mary Fabrikant, chef and owner of La Vie Catering, LLC, started her career as an engineer in the technology industry, but decided to pursue her passion for food and entertaining by obtaining her post graduate culinary degree at Johnson and Wales University. Her creative, hands-on approach to entertaining and love of fine cuisine naturally led her to start her catering company, now acclaimed as one of Denver Metro’s premier boutique catering companies for social and corporate events. Mary is constantly in pursuit of healthy, yet innovative, flavorful, and aesthetically pleasing creations to offer her clients restaurant quality food and presentation, even at the most unlikely venues. Her dedication to excellence, personalized service and consultative approach to each event has won her many clients, as she truly believes she is the host of every event she caters, in the very best sense of the term.
