A new restaurant is available in downtown Tenafly, New Jersey. The new restaurant, Tavlin, is a Kosher Mediterranean restaurant which will feature food from all the Mediterranean areas of the world including Israel, Morocco, Tunisia, Greece, and Spain.
The menu includes healthy food that is freshly made in-house from the freshest market ingredients and spices. Our famous hummus is grounded on the spot and mixed with fresh herbs and accompanied with mezza salads. Tavlin also showcases the best falafel made from ground chick peas and garlic along with a variety of distinguished fish and meat dishes.
The new Israeli owner, Eric Erlich, from Cresskill New Jersey has over twenty years of experience in the restaurant business. He was previously the part-owner and head manager of the famous Kosher Delight on Broadway in New York City. He is bringing his loved shawarma to our area as a featured menu item.
