Dr. Gabriel Feldman, the son of a Rabbi, and Jane Potter, the daughter of a pioneering biochemist MD, PhD, love science … and science fiction. They met on JDate in 2003 and shared their delight in science fiction; they also discovered the Big Bang Theory.

Gabriel has long wanted to launch a kosher restaurant, and urged Jane to join him in a fun endeavor. The result is BIG BANG BURGER NYC, a place for good food that they hope promotes science curiosity.
