Welcome to Bistro70 at Rutgers-Hillel!

We are a family owned and operated kosher food establishment doing business in New York and New Jersey since 1991 – Our famed Chef Dalia Barness (from The Orchid) is on-board.

Our new establishment is Bistro 70, a café-style dairy eatery primarily serving the Rutgers’ students & staff, as well as nearby communities. We are also available to all outside clientele.

Bistro 70 will cater large dairy as well as meat banquets and events for up to 400 guests in our new dining room & banquet halls. The Bistro 70 café and the banquet halls are located inside the beautiful and newly open Eva and Arie Halpern Hillel House located at the Rutgers University campus at 70 College Ave.

Bistro 70  will be re-inventing the famed Rutgers campus “Fat Sandwich” and the newly “Artisan Pizza” among other signature salads, sandwiches, Israeli specialties and baked oven dishes.
