Josh and Samantha Freedman are not only the owners and founders of the company, they are the heart and soul of our kitchen. Being a graduate from The Cordon Bleu Academy and over 10 years of hospitality experience that ranges between owning a bar in Israel to working at one of Ottawa’s elite catering companies, Josh has used his education to it’s fullest.
Samantha’s passion is rooted in our special home cooked meals that transports our clients to their childhood kitchen table whether it be in the UK, Israel, Morocco, or here in Ottawa. She loves hearing what families love to eat and customizing their catering menu to meet and exceed their expectations.
Ashley, our event coordinator has over 5 years of experience in the catering and event industry. As a graduate of Algonquin’s Hotel & Restaurant and Event Management program, she strives to learn everything there is about the business. Ashley loves to take the time to get to know you so that on your big day you don’t need to worry about a single thing.
