Seems like the people of Cote St. Luc have been craving a storefront coffee shop for even longer than the Cavendish extension… Well, we listened.

Café de l’avenue is Cote St. Luc’s first traditional, sit-down, storefront coffee shop.

Come for a morning cup, spend the afternoon studying, or meet up with friends for a cappuccino on our terrace.
