Our cuisine is comprised of a large array of foods, which represent a fusion of different cultures and traditions. The influence of our food is a combination of Moroccan, Latin, Italian, Israeli and American. We take pride in using some of our family recipes which have been handed down from previous generations.
Some of our specialty dishes include: Shermila Fish, Beef Goulash, Moroccan Pastel, Stew Moroccan Lamb, Homemade Couscous from A-Z, Spicy Morrocan Carrot Salad, Harira Soup, Salmon Fruta de Mare, Morrocan Tilapia or Salmon, Chicken Lemon with Olives, Chicken Tajine Apricot, Barbeque Chicken, Stuffed Meat Artichokes, Jardinaire, Corn Soufle, Rice with Noodles, Kugels, Moroccan Squash and Pasta Bolognese.
Our mouth watering desserts include a family recipe called the “Miriam Cake” which is a white cake with layers of chocolate filling, chopped walnuts and drizzled caramelized sugar. Some of our other desserts include: Chocolate Mousse, Flan, Praline, Lemon Pie, Merengon Fresa, Pareve Cheesecake, Apple Pie, and Pecan Pie.
