Our philosophy revolves around understanding where our food comes from and having a meaningful connection to how our food is grown. Using the highest quality organic ingredients, we are able to provide the most flavorful and nutrient-rich dishes possible.
We have created a diverse and unique menu. It is a representation of Chef Aaron’s travels and work abroad blended with his Californian roots. Instead of focusing on any one specific cuisine, our focus is on providing fresh, thoughtful, truly homemade dishes.

Our dedicated fisherman responsibly catches our fish off the coast, often times from his kayak. We absolutely refuse to use any processed foods and work our hardest to make everything in house that touches your plate.
