Sababa

Sababa is a slang term in Hebrew for “all is good, everything is cool.” And at Sababa Mediterranean Grill, all is good. We are a kosher restaurant with chef and owner Effie Shencher at the helm. Effie offers a flavorful menu and warm ambience with fast, professional and courteous service. Effie’s main objective is to transport diners to the Mediterranean, bringing the flavors, sounds, colors, and aromas to Las Vegas.

Effie’s first culinary journey began in his mother’s kitchen as a young boy. It was there that his love for cooking grew. Effie pursued his passion and graduated from Tadmor Culinary School in Israel. Effie has been in the industry for 27 years, operating and owning restaurants and catering businesses in Las Vegas and Israel.
